Wangaratta Fire Station is a decent sized Firehouse, what with four bays for its fire fighting vehicles. And at the western end of the concrete forecourt is a 'lollipop' shaped metal pipe stand that is holding a 30 cm diameter brass bell.
The clapper has been restrained with thin cables going to either side of the circular, and tubular support for the bell.
