Two-story brick dwelling with low-pitched hipped roof; broad overhanging eaves with jigsawn consoles; one-story L-shaped porch with brick supports.

Built for George Fox, the house was sold to the Gibson Caldwell family soon after its completion. Caldwell was manager (and later vice president) of the Collin County Mill and Elevator Co.
