You can park right in front of this marker. If faces perpendicular to the street. The marker says, "Named for Richard Henry Dana. Described in his book "Two Years Before the Mast" as the most romantic California Spot. In the Glamorous days of the Ranchos, 1830-1840. Yankee vessels traded supplies for hides here."
