This orphan cornerstone is located in the main entrance to the current Ouachita County Courthouse in downtown Camden Arkansas. In 2017 it supports an unattractive planter of dead plants.

The cornerstone reads as follows:

"The old courthouse of
Ouachita County
Burned Dec 19, 1875

This Temple of Justice erected 1889.

James W. Stinnett County Judge
William K. Ramsey Commissioner
Thomas Harding Architect
James M. Brown Contractor"
Year of construction: 1889
