Built as the Collin County Courthouse in 1874, it was remodeled in 1927, and underwent restoration in 2006 when it became the McKinney Performing Arts Center.

The north and south sides of the building has stairs leading up to the entrances and Greek style columns above the entrances support the clocks which hang over on those sides.
The east and west sides are scaled down versions with street level entry and the clocks are set on the edge of the roof.
These four clocks are not in sync. Only the one on the west side agreed with my watch.
The clock faces are blue, the hands and Roman Numerals are black.
