A 3' wide by 4' high beveled granite slab contains the bronze relief images of six women engaged in active and support military activities. Depicted are members of the Canadian Women's Army Air Force, Canadian Women's Army Corps, Canadian Women's Air Force and a Canadian Red Cross nurse. The granite base has three groupings of forget-me-not flowers.

Description of Memorial:
It is the newest of a series of monuments erected in City Hall Plaza sometime after 2012. Other monuments honor the Afghanistan Soldier, the Lewis Gunner and a multi war monument featuring a sculpture of a caribou.
