Built between 1920-24 as Denison's YMCA, the building served in that capacity for only ten years. The depression of the 1930s put the YMCA out of business, and Kraft Foods Corporation took over the building for its offices in 1937.

Kraft sold its Denison property in the 1950s. This building currently serves as a drug store and headquarters for the Barrett Drug and Grocery companies.
Three-story brick building with Jacobethan Revival architecture. Five-bay facade with two porticoed entrances and Tudor arches. Quoined doorway; new glass and aluminum doors.
