This Honour Roll is in St. Bridget’s Church (Kirk Bride) is in the village of Bride.
The Roll is an illuminated document headed ‘Kirk Bride’ in red-lettering in predominately blue freeze. At the foot of the Roll in blue- lettering with illuminated-first letter are the words ‘We Will Remember Them. The Roll is displayed in a modern gold and black frame. Red lettering is used for the first letter of all nouns and names. The names are listed alphabetically
The dedication on the Roll is as follows:
“KIRK BRIDE
IN GRATEFUL AND HONOURED MEMORY
OF THE MEN FROM THIS PARISH
IN THE FIRST AND SECOND
WORLD WARS.

“One name not on roll, or on Parish War Memorial is Pte. J. M. Quarrie, R.A. Killed in Action 01 January 1918. Buried in church yard in a Commonwealth war grave. Reason Unknown. His name is listed on Lezayre memorial.”
The Roll has the reference IOM_NIWM_BRI_00002 on the Isle of Man National Inventory of War Memorials.
