Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears S88.4°W from T12S R10E S32 T13S R10E S5 1/4 COR, 2645' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 6" in a mound of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and ATTENTION signs on a U-post which bears W, 18" distant. Found one standing ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There are other metal signs on down trees and posts.
What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest land N from the corner, else Ponderosa Land & Cattle LLC property
