EN: This stone cross with a golden Jesus figurestands in the agricultural zone on the northern edge of Oeschgen. The cross stands about two meters above the road on an embankment and is not aligned with the road. The dating on the side arms is not readable from below on the heavily soiled stone. It could be 1866, but that's actually a pure guess.
DE: Dieses Steinkreuz mit einer goldenen Jesusfigur steht in der Landwirtschaftszone am Nordrand von Oeschgen. Das Kreuz steht etwa zwei Meter über der Strasse an einer Böschung und ist nicht auf die Strasse ausgerichtet. Die Datierung auf den Seitenarmen ist auf dem stark verschmutzten Stein von unten nicht zu erkennen. Es könnte 1866 sein, das ist aber eigentlich geraten.
