In the old botanical Garden, together with Planten un Blomen and the Wallanlagen a worth seeing piece of Hamburg, is this stone sculpture of a lying naked woman.
The work is called "Liegende" (Woman reclining) and was created in 1950 by the German sculptor Professor Ludwig Kunstmann (* 9. Dezember 1877 in Regensburg; † 27. März 1961 in Hamburg).
