The Marlin Fish is often associated with the Gulf Shores area, & featured on many local companies & buildings making it an iconic Alabama Coastal Connection.

The impressive 'Big Metal Fish' mounted in the center of a fountain at the entrance of 'SanRoc Cay' a typical tourist type complex, featuring Shops, Restaurants, & a Marina.

The 20 feet long bronze Marlin is shown jumping out of the water, & is displayed alongside the A182, State Route, Perdido Beach Boulevard, a National Scenic & State Byway called 'Alabama Coastal Connection'.
