The episcopal church of Saint Mary was built in 1880 by the generosity of Bishop Chinery-Haldane and his wife. It was designed by Alexander Ross in a simple gothic style with a nave and chancel, a south porch and a spired bellcote on the west gable. It features many fine stained-glass windows.

The church can be found halfway up the main street of Glencoe Village on its north side. The village's main car park is on the west end of the street.
