"A commercial and residential house built in the style of Romantic Czech Neo-Renaissance in 1897 according to a project by B. Ohmann on the site of demolished, originally Medieval buildings. During the 20th century a number adaptations was carried out, the last one in 1992-94. The house with its style has become an important milestone on the road towards Art Nouveau architecture."
