A large and active church with a variety of activities and ministries. It was established as a group of people meeting under a tree in 1894 and has grown to need a series of larger buildings in the meantime. It was in the Shawnee tornado in 1970. That building was condemned but architectural details were saved and included in the current building. Address is 301 N. Beard in Shawnee, and phone number is 405-273-0982.
