The tall tree-trunk style Woodmen of the World tombstone for George McGee, with traditional WoW symbols of an axe, adze, and mallet in deep bas-relief, PLUS a dove with an olive branch on the vital dates scroll (symbolizing the peace of the grave) in the older section of Rose Hill Cemetery in Hope, Arkansas.

The tombstone reads as follows:

July 31, 1848
Jan. 29, 1908.

He lived for others."
