The Broken Bow Public Library, located at 404 N. Broadway, is a full service library, offering wi-fi and Internet services free, as well as ebooks and audio materials. They have meetings rooms available to the public, children's programs, and extensive genealogical materials.

The library was the vision of nine Delphian women almost eighty years ago, and has evolved into a library offering valuable services to the community. The library is part of the Southeastern Public Library System, with inter-library book availability. In 1990, the library was offered use of this current location, a beautiful native stone building constructed in the 1930's by the National Youth Administration, and originally part of the Broken Bow High School campus.
