The sign is just north of an unsignposted locality of Wandiligong, 'south' of Bright in the Victorian Alps.
The sign has a simple map of the Great Alpine Road, showing the major towns along the way. The second sign has a bit more detail about side roads and parallel roads, but it does not show directly where you are, though it does show where each of the Interpretative Signs are from the Great Alpine Road series.
