Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears N88.2°E from T13S R10E S30 31 1/4 COR, 5249' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 12" in a mound of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears E, 44" distant. Found one ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside.
What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest land S from the corner, else Ponderosa Land & Cattle LLC property
