Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears N87.9°E from T13S R10E S30 31 1/4 COR, 2627' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 9" in a collar of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is about 15' E from the centerline of FR1100-165. There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal on an orange Carsonite post which bears E, 39" distant. Found three ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides. There is a POSTED sign on the tree in the NW quadrant.
