The "List of Park Facilities in the Shoalhaven" Document: (visit link) shows, that the Bomaderry Lions Park on Bolong Road has: Play Equipment, BBQ, Shelter, Cycleway, Boat Ramp, and a Jetty - but no Toilets.

In August 2011, the Shoalhaven City Council had a Media Release (visit link) announcing that $95,000 of works were done on three deteriorated playgrounds, of this was one mentioned. "The three contractors used in the refurbishment were Forpark Australia, Moduplay Pty Ltd and Playspace Playgrounds." [But I'm not sure which one was used for this particular Playground.]

From the Shoalhaven City Council website, the Council "has 128 playgrounds across the City providing a multitude of fun play experiences that include climbing, sliding and spinning and swinging. All playgrounds are designed to safely meet Australian Standards." (visit link)

Some of the elements of this park Playground include: a Wavy Slide, Elevated Platforms, Fireman's Pole, Wobbly Bridge, Climbing Arch, Plastic Stairs, Steering Wheel, Baby Slide, Noughts'n'Crosses Game, Swing Set, and Spinning See-Saw. There are a couple of covered picnic tables, a bench, and Electric BBQ - with a fish washing and scaling table near the boat Ramp.

There is a sign from the Shoalhaven City Council, with, "Welcome to Bomaderry Lions Park" ** Warning: Use of this facility may be hazardous. Please take reasonable care for your safety. **
* Alcohol Prohibited, No Camping, No Littering, No Vehicles, No Fires, No Trail Bikes, No Golf Playing, Deep Water. *
