UPDATE - this mural has been painted over. This is actually two murals in one - one on the corner of the building, and the rest, although similar in style, is a separate mural. Both were painted in conjunction with each other.

This entire mural set was either painted by, or painted under the direction of, artist Matt Miller. Matt is a professional artist based in northwest Arkansas, with several public murals to his credit.
The first portion of this mural, done solely by Matt Miller, is at the northeast corner of the building. It can be seen in photo #2 in this Waymark's gallery. It features large circles, slight geometric designs, and bright, vivid colors.
The second portion of (and the bulk of) the mural, all along the front (east face) of the building continues the theme of varying size circles complemented by more pronounced geometric designs, all in the same bright and vivid colors.
This entire portion was completed by the Arts Center of the Ozarks' kids' summer art class, under the direction of Matt Miller and Eve Smith, Director of Visual Arts and Public Projects at Arts Center of the Ozarks.
All in all, this is an EXTREMELY well-done mural, and definitely worthy of a visit if you happen to be in the area.
