DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1946 AT GREENCASTLE. AT GREENCASTLE, SET VERTICALLY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WEST ENTRANCE TO PUTNAM COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 16.0 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF THE CENTER PILLAR OF THE ENTRANCE, 2.8 FEET ABOVE THE SIDEWALK AND IN THE THIRD COURSE OF MASONRY ABOVE THE FOUNDATION. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED A 121 1946.
