This small lake was created when Hickman Dam was built.

The lake is approximately 10 feet deep in the middle but at the dam site, it is approximately 13 feet deep.

The lake itself has an area of 31 acres.

The boat ramp is on the west side of the lake and is accessible from SD Highway 27.
