This monument to veterans of Company G stands in front of the McCurtain County Courthouse in Idabel.
This is a black polished granite monument, resting on a rusticated horizontal granite base. The engraving is white and very distinctive. At the upper corners of the monument are engravings of the 45th Infantry Division "Thunderbird". The memorial reads:
