Museum is located in the 1889 Masonic Lodge Building. Originally had a mercantile on the ground floor, professional offices on the second floor and the Masonic Lodge on the third floor. Purchased in 1975 by the Ellis County Historical Museum.

An elaborate Victorian Italianate Style brick building. The bricks have been painted a nice bright red. There is white trim along the top of two sides of the building and along the front of the first floor.
There are designs in the brick between each floor and columns between the windows.
