Celle-ci se trouve sur la rive gauche de la Meuse en amont du pont Albert 1er.

The plaque is dedicated to the Fortress Regiment of Liège and gives the list of Forts and Units which in 1914, under the command of General Leman, defended the Fortified Position of Liège.
This one is on the left bank of the Meuse upstream of the Albert 1st bridge.
