In front of the Weissheimer administration building at the Merowingerplatz in Andernach is this fountain.
The stone fountain has a square base and has two floors. The water catchment basin has a circular shape. There are notches on the surface, so the viewer thinks that the bottom of the fountain consists of 8 parts.

The water is not drinking water.
