There are seven reinforced concrete 'I-Beams' supporting the concrete deck sections, and they are resting on two twin-legged rectangular pylons that are just on the edge of the regular stream level - though there is evidence that it does flood higher than it was when I was there in May, 2016.
On the western side there was a LOT of paper wasps, so some caution is required if going under it. The sides of the bridge have protective rectangular metal railing, with typical Arma-guard railing on the approaches. The embedded Dated plaque is on the southern end, western side of the long bridge in a unevenly shaped rectangular concrete parapet, at the end of the Arma-guard.
The plaque is again fairly plain for the time the bridge was built, and it reads:
"COUNTRY ROADS
BOARD
1976"
At the similar concrete parapet on the northern end of the bridge is the SN 3065 identification plate.
