It shows a bolden bear and the writing 'Karl Enderlin'. Maybe this was the owner of the restaurant.
The old sign was created between 1800 and 1825. It is listed in the German Monument Registers.
The restaurant 'Bären' does not exist anymore. But the nice sign is still there.
