From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road. Turn right, then bear right onto Indian Ford Road, FR1102. Continue 4.0 miles and turn left onto FR2050. Proceed about 3.3 miles, then turn right and continue about 2.0 miles on FR2050 to the quarter corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 7" in a collar of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: The quarter corner bears W, about 470' from the centerline of FR2050. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears N, 36" distant. Found three ponderosa pines and a western juniper with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
