The only fire station of this volunteer fire department, which serves the Northwest Angle, primarily the area around Angle Inlet. The single-story metal building has one large bay for storage of vehicles and equipment. A siren is mounted on a pole just outside the firehouse.
It is on Lake of the Woods County Road 332 (Inlet Dr NW), north of the intersection with Pine Creek Dr NW.
They have at least one fire truck.
The volunteer fire department, composed of interested residents and business owners, was established in 1976. Between 1988 and 2014, there were only six fires in the area, two of which were on an island in Lake of the Woods.
Several local residents have received EMS training and serve as first responders.
Ambulance dispatch for at least part of the Angle may be handled by an agency in Kenora, Ontario. A medical helicopter can be summoned from Roseau if necessary.
