It has a email looking white clock-face with numbers 1 to 12, in black, on it.

About La Tour du Guet
The Watchtower is a historical monument of the 17th century. It has a bell of 1660 which was made at Thuin in Belgium
Ancient documents tell that the tower served as a House of Justice to the Lords of Aymeries.
A register of 1834 adds that it contains the clock of the Commune and a bell to call the faithful to the divine service which was held at the church of Quartes.
The bell was also used to announce a fire or to mark important events in the history or life of the village.
