Off the south corner of the Polk County Courthouse building, this whimsical sculpture stands in a memorial garden placed by the Remembering Hearts Forever organization. This is a support group for people who have lost a child, grandchild or sibling.

This is a life-sized bronze sculpture. It shows a young boy bent over at the waist, forming a vaulting "horse" for a young girl. She is in the process of vaulting over the other child, with a huge smile on her face, and her pigtails swinging. Both children are barefoot. This piece can't help but make you smile.
