This happens to be just about 20 metres away from the East Gippsland Rail Trail, so the "Stretching Guide" is probably particularly useful for those that have walked from Bairnsdale !!!
While I walked around the perimeter of Forest Park I only found Exersite #3, so I'm not sure if others in this series are in another park in Orbost, or along the Est Gippsland Rail Trail (since it was so close to the gravel path.
The grass was nice and short, and the general area well maintained by the East Gippsland Shire Council, but not really suitable for someone in an 'average' wheelchair. The equipment was in good condition and there was no graffiti. I followed through a series of Stretches while there.
