The R.A. Schuerenberg House is a 1 1/2-story frame dwelling designed in with eclectic Victorian details. The predominate style is Queen Anne as seen in the asymmetry, tower, shingled gables, and roof form.

The house was moved about 1910 from a site 1/2 block north from the corner of Pecan and South Market.
