Die Bücherei Heiligkreuz war eine Stadtteilbücherei der Stadt Kempten. Aufgrund von Sparmaßnahmen konnte die Stadt die Bücherei nicht weiterführen. Gegen diese Entscheidung sammelten Bürger Unterschriften und es meldeten sich Freiwillige, um die Bücherei zu erhalten. Nach einem Jahr Verhandlungen übernahm die Kirchenstiftung Heiligkreuz in Kempten ab dem 01.07.2004 die Bücherei.

The library Heiligkreuz was a district library of the city of Kempten. Due to cost-saving measures, the city could not carry on the library. Against this decision, citizens gathered signatures and volunteers volunteered to keep the library. After a year of negotiations, the church church of Heiligkreuz in Kempten took over the library from 01.07.2004.
