There's the "Dürninger Classic", the oldest cigar house in Germany - located beside the famous minster in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Competence from three centuries... On Oct. 24, 1747, Abraham Dürninger, the later founder of the house, takes a grocery store at the pharmacy in Herrnhut and lays the foundations for a sustained success. On March 21, 1827, Dürninger & Co. ordered 10,000 pieces of cigars ... for the first time as beneficial as possible at the company Gildermeister & Gluer in Havana. Import cigars are unknown until then in Germany. Herrnhuter imports" are quickly becoming the new quality concept.
In 1858, Abraham Dürninger & Co. is producing almost one million cigars a year. The most popular of ten varieties is "Germania", which accounts for almost half of the production. In 1937, with the dispatch department and 22 retail outlets, the cigar department is the second largest company of its kind in Germany. The branches alone supply more than 1.6 million customers. In 1962, since the company is mainly active in Baden-Württemberg, the company headquarters of Dürninger-Zigarren GmbH is moved to the Swabian Alb.
Dürninger stand for cigar-making since 1747 - a more than 260-year tradition with the highest standards of the quality of their products. In the assortment, however, there are not only cigars:
