Direkt auf der Insel, neben der Hafeneinfahrt liegt das Vereinsbad Römus oder Römerbad, das nur von Mitgliedern genutzt werden darf.
Es ist eine Stück altes Lindau und heute ein Vereinsbad um die Badekultur am Bodensee zu erhalten. 1834 beschloss der Magistrat eine Schwimmschule für „junge Leute vom Civilstand“ zu errichten. Erst 1838 ist die Rede von einer allgemeinen Badanstalt.
Heute ist das Bad für Mitglieder des Fördervereins geöffnet und bietet neben dem schönen Badesteg auch eine traumhafte Aussicht. Ergänzt wird das Angebot mit einem Kiosk für erfrischende Getränke und Snacks und einem Spielangebot mit Tischtennis, Basketball, Spielwiese und Sandkasten für die Kleinen.

Directly on the island, next to the port entrance is the club bath Roman or Roman baths, which may only be used by members.
It is a piece of old Lindau and today an association pool to preserve the bathing culture at Lake Constance. In 1834, the magistrate decided to set up a swimming school for "young people from the civil status". It was not until 1838 that there was a general bathing establishment.
Today, the bathroom is open for members of the sponsoring association and offers, in addition to the beautiful bathing facilities, a fantastic view. The offer is supplemented by a kiosk for refreshing drinks and snacks, as well as a range of games with table tennis, basketball, playing field and sandbox for the little ones.
