As described by the NGS back in 1988 (although the station was already monumented in 1978):

"THE STATION IS A REFERENCE MARK DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A 27 CM DIAMETER ROUND CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND. IT IS 32.52 M (106.69 FT) SOUTHWEST FROM A UTILITY POLE NUMBER TH2, 28.9 M (94.8 FT) NORTHEAST FROM A UTILITY POLE, 25.18 M (82.61 FT) NORTHEAST OF NASS RM 2, 19.32 M (63.39 FT) NORTHWEST FROM THE CENTER OF STEWART ROAD, 17.89 M (58.69 FT) NORTH-NORTHEAST OF A RAISED CONCRETE SEWER MAIN, 0.4 M (1.3 FT) SOUTHEAST FROM A BARBBED WIRE FENCE AND 0.18 M (0.59 FT) FROM A FIBERGLASS WITNESS POST."

Save for the "fiberglass witness post" (which is no longer there), the NGS description is still quite accurate and should definitely assist future seekers in finding this benchmark -- alternatively, one can use the gallery images for any future recovery attempts. It is JUST INSIDE the fence line, to the left of a puny old lone ribbon attached to the barbed wire fence (since, as stated, the witness post is gone). Depending on the season, the benchmark may be covered with tall grass and therefore a little hard to spot (or photograph, as was in my case).

The station was recovered in good condition. Its latest associated NGS Data Sheet's posted coordinates were in line with my own observations -- as measured within 10' accuracy.
