From contacting the Bait & Tackle shop on FaceBook, I had the following message back:

"Hi graham at the moment we are open 6.30 - 6.30. Winter hours are a lot shorter. We are a community postal agency which involves stamp sales and parcel assessment and postage. Mail can also be sent here to be picked up. Would love to be able to provide services like BPay but at this stage it's not happening."
