The Brenham Old Towne Bakery is a commercial establishment located just outside of Brenham's "official" Historic District, and was therefore not included in the US National Register of Historical Places... However, its structure and historical nature is comparable to several other buildings in this area.
Due to it not being included in the NRHP "historic district" listing, no historical information was available online -- even after an extensive Google search. The building is currently still in use, as a custom cake bakery: (
