The City of Pittsfield Artscape Committee has chosen the artists for the second phase of their paintbox program. The utility boxes were painted July 2017 and were unveiled on July 20, 2017 during the Third Thursday street fair.
Stephanie VanBramer created this utility box titled "You Belong Here". Using bright swirls of the colors: red-orange, yellow, green, blue, magenta and violet as the background she displays the messages in white letters outlined in black YOU BELONG HERE in the street side and WELCOME HOME on the north side.
