This high school building is one-story, constructed of light colored brick by the WPA in 1940. The school is L-shaped, with a flat roof and a curved wall at the southeast corner. Windows are set in twos and threes, and are three-paned with concrete sills. There is a unit of five windows that curves around the southeast corner. A low concrete flood wall is at ground level, and the building has a basement.

The main entrance facing south is recessed within an elaborate concrete block surround. There are double doors which are metal and glazed, with sidelights and a fixed transom. The surround is inscribed "Earlsboro High School" and has modern floral and geometric designed worked into the concrete. To the right of the entrance is a bronze WPA shield showing the date 1940.

This is quite a large and elaborate school building for a town the size of Earlsboro, which only had a population of 486 in 1940. It is located at 100 E. Main, on the east edge of town.
