At 1517 31st Street, inside a gated area that looks like it is/was some sort of a club or party venue (recently). The brick building takes up the entire block an was probably a warehouse originally.

I'm not sure if the Dr Pepper ad is painted over something else or if this might have been a distribution location for Dr Pepper.
Regardless, the sign reads:

Dr Pepper
Good For Life
The "Good for Life" slogan was used during the 1940s.
There is no period in Dr Pepper.
