Rozhledna Svobody (Liberty Observation Tower), named Hýlacka (
visit link) after the hilltop whose height is 525 metres above sea level, took its shape after a Hussite tower above Vetrovy hamlet and was designed by professor and doctor Theodor Petrík. On January 1, 2012, a wildfire broke out and the entire building was destroyed.
The new observation tower is the iron tower. It was open in 2015. There is a complete circular view, for example on the outlines of Novohradské mountains, Mladovožicka and Chotovin, significant Sumava peaks (Boubín, Plechý) or for example the Temelín towers.
