Tábor Airport is a public municipal airport located at the southeastern outskirts of the South Bohemian town of Tabor, near the main road E55 in the direction of Sezimovo Ústí and Planá nad Lužnicí. The airport is owned and operated by the civic association Aeroklub Tábor. The Aeroclub is the main entity operating flight activity at the airport. The airport is mainly used by sailplanes, paratroopers and pilots of both motor and ultralight airplanes. Airport days also host aviation days, popular music concerts, and air modeling meetings.
