This Starbucks is always filled with a diverse mix of people, reflecting the composition of the Squirrel Hill neighborhood. You'll see everything from grungy grad students to Orthodox Jews getting caffeinated.

Parking is at a premium, as with any other store in Pittsburgh's busy Squirrel Hill section. Cruise around the block for on-street parking. Do NOT park in the adjacent lot, which is reserved for office building tenants.
I visit this Starbucks regularly when killing time during Little Leprechaun's dance lessons at the nearby Pittsburgh Irish Centre. Nothing like a Grande Vanilla Latte on a chilly Sunday afternoon.
Hours of Operation: This store is too embarrassed to publish their hours, probably because the nearby Forbes Avenue location is open from 5:30 a.m. until midnight. I think it's safe to assume that the store is open by the time you wake up, and it closes after the time when you ought to quit drinking coffee for the day.
Physical Address: 2345 Murray Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15217
Wifi Access: Not listed
Relative Size & Amenities: This noisy, busy SBUX has about 7 indoor tables, many of which are perpetually occupied by groups of Pitt and CMU students collaborating on projects. A patio with three tables holds the smoker crowd. There are two comfy chair conversation nooks. Watch the busy Murray Avenue traffic speed up and down the hill as you sip your drink.
Food and/or Lunch Available: Standard pastry fare.
Review: I've always had good service here, in more than 20+ visits.
