The Central Wool Company Building is a single storey painted brick and rendered building in the Federation Warehouse style built in 1913, the building has an arched entrance with a decorative pediment above, ashlar effect pilasters flank the entrances and the corners of the building.
The building is now used for the Notre Dame University's School of Medicine
