DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 IN UPPER SODA. AT UPPER SODA IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BRIDGE OVER SODA FORK, CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE CONCRETE WALK OF THE BRIDGE, 17 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF U.S. HIGHWAY 20 AND 2 FEET EAST OF THE WEST END OF THE SIDEWALK.
